The Institute of Food Science and Technology Córdoba (ICYTAC) is an implementation unit of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET). It was founded in 2011, and its mission is to conduct research, offer services, and promote development in various scientific and technological areas related to food.
Its members include early, mid-, and late-career researchers, postgraduate students working to complete their doctoral and postdoctoral studies, interns, and support staff in technical and administrative areas.
