
AlimentaMENTE: ciencia y tecnología en tu plato is ICYTAC’s science communication tool, a journal intended for sharing credible information about food, food industry, nutrition, and health. By empowering consumers with knowledge and providing a platform for cutting-edge research, we foster a healthier and more sustainable food system. Our audience targets food science professionals, dieticians, researchers, scholars, and students at all levels. We invite submissions of original research and systematic reviews in Spanish on a wide range of food science and technology topics. AlimentaMENTE is an open-access (free for readers and without article processing charges for authors), peer-reviewed journal, with a call for papers open from March 1 to December 31.
