ICYTAC Members

The scientific activity of the institute is conducted by staff distributed across three main areas:

Researchers, research project directors.

Postgraduate students associated with specific research projects.

Support staff (technical and administrative areas independent of specific research projects).

We also frequently welcome undergraduate research interns, who choose ICYTAC’s premises to conduct their research projects.

At the same time, ICYTAC’s relationship with the National University of Córdoba allows our staff to transfer the knowledge built at the institute to future professionals by collaborating in lectures delivered in the context of the Master’s Program in Food Science and Technology. ICYTAC also contributes to the doctoral education of professionals in the field of foods through the development of internationally recognized research and the teaching of different courses at the National University of Córdoba (School of Chemical Sciences, School of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences, and School of Agricultural Sciences).
