We celebrate a new achievement at ICYTAC. Romina Lancetti obtained her PhD in Biological Sciences. Her work, entitled ‘PREBIOTIC AND ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OF YACON (Smallanthus sonchifolius). EFFECT ON THE INTESTINAL MICROBIOME’ represents a valuable contribution to the scientific research carried out at our institute, opening new lines of investigation.
We would also like to congratulate Romina’s supervisors, Dr. Emiliano Salvucci and Dr. Gabriela Pérez, for their invaluable guidance and support during the completion of this project.
